Friday's fire near Freeling, which burnt more than 30 hectares of grass, is being treated as suspicious with SA Police continuing their investigations.
Crime Scene Officers who attended the scene say the cause of the fire is still undetermined.
Meanwhile, high winds and temperatures sparked 18 appliances, carrying 40 firefighters, plus farm units and police, to respond to the scene after the alarmed was raised before 10am. While no injuries were reported, one farmer confirmed 30 rolls of hay was burnt.
