Gawler's CHANGE Original Music Festival rolls into Gawler on Sunday, October 6 when, at 2pm, Adelaide's five-piece band 'Ron the Ox' will kick off the three-day event in the courtyard of the Kingsford Hotel.

And organiser Martin Johnson, couldn't more stoked with the event.

"I couldn't be happier," Mr Johnson shared.

"Since the festival's inception in 2014, 197 separate musicians have showcased their talents to an appreciative audience," he said.

Now in its sixth year, sponsored by local businesses, with Music SA and Gawler council endorsement, the festival is gaining the enviable title as not only 'A must see event' but also the 'Premier Original Music Festival' in South Australia.

This year's festival will see three separate bands perform over three days, Sunday, October 6 and Monday, October 7 at the Kingsford Hotel, with the third day, Sunday, October 13 in the beer garden of the Prince Albert Hotel.

Full program details are available on the change original music festival Facebook page.

This is a free event, beginning 2pm each day.
