Barossa, Light and Gawler mens football league awards night

Tanunda Football Club's Riley McFarlane has won the Schluter A Grade Best and Fairest medal count with a total of 22 votes.

The A Grade medal was hotly contested, with three players tieing for second and Mcfarlane snatching the victory on the last game of the season.

Steve Resca and Steven Summerton from Angaston and Leigh Ryswyk from Barossa Districts all finished on 19 votes.

Reserves' Herald Medal winner Wade Richardson, from Angaston, collected 18 votes.

Senior Colts was won by Freeling's Austin Poulton, with 25 votes.

Young gun Liam Tappert, from Barossa Districts, won the Junior Colts Best and Fairest with an astounding 32 votes. This was enough to also earn him the Most Consistent Player Award.
