The fundraising arm of the Gawler Health Service 'Gawler Health Foundation' have actively been raising funds to provide vital equipment and support since 2002.
On Saturday evening foundation members hosted a highly successful quiz night at the Nixon's Function Centre, located inside the Gawler Showgrounds.
A foundation spokesperson shared how more than 140 members of the public were in attendance with some creative team names written on the leader board such as 'Curvy Lites' and 'Bowled Over'.
However, the highlight for the foundation was the $3700 raised.
"Thank you goes to the businesses that donated raffle prizes and silent auction items," the spokesperson shared.
For those who missed out, another quiz night is now being planned for next year, with prize and silent auction donations greatly appreciated.
