The Barossa Weintal Hotel makes an ideal base for travellers to explore the Barossa and its historical attractions, as well as a great spot for locals to grab a bite to eat.

According to the general manager, Jeremy Kreft, the hotel offers well-priced accommodation, great food, functions and also features chilled live music on Wednesdays and Sundays.

“Barossa Weintal is an iconic and well-known business located in the main street of Tanunda,” Jeremy said.

“Originally set up as a motel, the facility has evolved into a hotel/motel and hosts a stunning Italian-styled restaurant which is headed up by well-known celebrity chef Adam Swanson.”

“The restaurant has shifted in recent times to ensure that we provide a roast of the day and speciality dishes such schnitzel and fish and chips," Jeremy said.

The business also supports many local businesses and winemakers, in an effort to ‘support local’.

The Barossa Weintal Hotel is planning to host a major charity event later this year to help support local charities.
