The Kapunda High School Centenary Foundation was pleased to recently receive another generous donation towards its Country Education Grant program.

This time funds were realised through volunteers from the Kapunda Community Thrift Shop.

The donation of $3000 will form part of the post-school education funding grants to be awarded to former Kapunda High School students in early February, to assist with their post-school education or training pathways.

The latest donation brings the total contribution to the Foundation by the Kapunda Thrift Shop to $18,000 over the past nine years.

The Kapunda High School Centenary Foundation, as part of the Country Education of Australia, has been able to facilitate over $180,000 grant money being paid to almost 70 students since the first grants were made in 2009.
