The increasingly popular Busk ‘til Dusk event will take centre stage during next year’s Barossa Vintage Festival, this time with cash prizes and recording opportunities up for grabs.
Registrations are now open for the 2019 event, to be held 12pm to 5pm at the iconic Coulthard House in Nuriootpa on Saturday April 27.
Busk ‘til Dusk is a musically focused event for youth aged between 12 and 25 years. It is an important project for individual musicians in the Barossa and surrounding communities. It provides young people with the opportunity to perform to an audience at an accessible location.
Last held in 2017, the event garnered great interest from local musicians and music lovers. It was promoted heavily through local High Schools including Faith Lutheran College, Nuriootpa and Kapunda High Schools.
The 2019 event will be bigger and better – with cash prizes and recording opportunities for the performers chosen on the day.
Food will be available for purchase at the event and entry is only gold coin donation.

Registrations opened on December 1 through Eventbrite and can be lodged through https://bit.ly/2BQmcqu. Once you have registered you will need to send a sample of your music to Margaret (contact details below).
