Barossa Herald staff welcomed members of the public to a community meeting on Wednesday, June 6.

Community members from throughout the Herald’s distribution area were given the opportunity to have their say, and learn how they could contribute, to the paper’s content.  Senior journalist Michelle O’Reilly and community journalist Sharon Hansen talked to the group about what it is that makes the paper what it is.

They also took the chance to show and teach the members just how they were able to send in stories and photographs – all at the simple click of a few buttons.

If you are part of a community group and want to send us your news, drop into the office at Shop 1, 119 Murray Street, phone 8563 2041 or head to barossaherald.com.au and look for ‘send us your news’ on the menu bar.
