Wind gusts, thick dust followed by much needed rains thrown at the 2018 Kapunda Farm Fair did not dampen spirits nor keep visitors away from the popular biennial event held on Friday and Saturday.
The farm fair was again held at the town’s harness racing complex and has run since 1999 with organiser Bill Adams at the helm.
Accustomed to having to deal with a variety of weather elements , on Friday Mr Adams was busy supporting stallholders to seek refuge under shelter before the much-needed rains hit.
“We pride ourselves on looking after our exhibitors and making it an affordable day our for all families,” he said.
The popular event showcased agriculture, viticulture, horticulture, information technology, lifestyle, clothing, animals, children’s entertainment, shopping, food, general interest displays and live music.
