Crowds flocked to Angaston’s main street on Friday evening for the first Christmas party in the Barossa.
The Angaston Christmas Parade had a few changes to its route this year, allowing the parade to finish up at Memorial Park ready for an evening full of fun and celebration.
Aside from the jolly man himself, a number of community organisations took part in this year’s revamped parade.
At the Memorial Park celebrations there was boundless food choices, as well as plenty of opportunity to get started on Christmas gift shopping.
Local musicians provided the evening’s entertainment.
The Barossa Herald was also on-hand to livestream the parade for those who couldn’t be in attendance.
The live feed reached 24,000 people, with viewers from not only across Australia, but also New Zealand and the United States.
