Emily is a former competitive swimmer; she competed in the London Olympic and Commonwealth trials and has swum at Singapore.
These experiences drove her passion to help people.
“I’ve had heaps of injuries and know what it is like,” she said. She enjoys treating sports injuries, addressing the sources of headaches and coaching with Pilates to help people manage pain and develop strength.
Emily has a UniSA Bachelor of Applied Sports Science and a postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy.
Gillian is a busy mother of six and understands the challenges of trying to stay fit and organising a household.
She has experience in managing pain in many areas, particularly in aged care.
These experiences have given her a strong empathy for people whose health needs, abilities and circumstances have changed.
“I want to help people be as mobile and active as possible so they can make the most out of life,” she said.
Gillian has a qualification in physiotherapy at UniSA.
Treatment for shoulder injury; knee, neck and back pain; surgical rehab; sports injuries; fitness training; headache and migraine; and weight loss are among the service offered.
