BL&G greats raise funds for childhood cancer

The annual over 35s clash between Nuriootpa and Angaston was a complete success with more than $850 raised for Childhood Cancer Australia.

Crowds flocked to see Nuri record a stirring come-from-behind victory, but there was a bigger focus on the cause, as it was the first year the event was a fundraiser.

Next year’s match will be held in Angaston – the Panthers will decide the charity for the day.
