HELPING OUT: Barossa LSA sergeant Michael McNally will answer questions from the community on Facebook.

The Barossa Local Service Area are set to hold an online forum on Facebook on March 27.

Questions will be answered live on Facebook between 6.30pm and 7.30pm, with Sergeant Michael McNally just one of the few answering questions on the night.

Sergeant McNally said it's something different this time around, but a good opportunity for locals to express concerns.

"We normally do a face to face forum, we've done them in the past, at Mount Pleasant, at Two Wells, Gawler, Nuriootpa," he said.

The forum will go live on the 'SA Police News' Facebook page, which expands the audience.

"This gives us a bit of an opportunity to tap into the wider audience that SA Police News offers," Sergeant McNally said.

Sergeant McNally has been busy going through a number of questions on his email prior to the evening.

"Some people prefer questions on the night, but I have got quite a few emails there," he said.

"We should be able to answer all questions on the night."

"Some of them are a bit trickier, and require a bit more information so we can research them and give them an appropriate answer on the day.”
