The carrot has been dangled in front of the noses of the 2017 Barossa Vintage Festival Young Ambassadors.

At a ‘meet and greet’ in Tanunda last Monday, the prizes for this year – thanks to Clarke and Turner Travel Associates and Qatar Airways – were unveiled.

Clarke and Turner manager Lisa Clarke said the business was proud to support the Young Ambassador program.

“It is very important at Clarke and Turner Travel Associates that we not only service the community for all its leisure and corporate travel needs, but also to give back to the local community, and in this case, provide inspiration for the next crop of Barossan leaders," she said.

The 2017 Young Ambassador will receive one return economy airfare flying Qatar Airways to anywhere in the world that Qatar Airways flies, along with five nights’ accommodation.

The Young Excellence Award will include a return economy airfare flying Qatar Airways to Frankfurt, while the Outstanding Project Award winner will receive a $500 accommodation voucher.
