A woman was taken to the Angaston Hospital following a three car accident at the intersection of Nuriootpa High School.
Occupants in two of the cars were able to walk away but the driver of the Ford Laser was trapped in her car and had to wait for the CFS to cut her out with the Jaws of Life.
The woman was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Police have not determined the cause of the accident that occurred shortly after 10.30am on Friday, October 26.
