The Wedge family of Eden Valley will be competing in the 2012 ASA Australian Sidecar-Cross national titles at Murray Bridge.
Three members of the family will be racing at the titles, with daughter Lara, who is the current Australian champion, competing against her father, Martyn.
Martyn's other daughter, Eliza and Tequila Morris, from Tanunda will be racing junior sidecars together.
The Wedge family have a real passion for motorbike sports.
Mum, Karen Wedge said, "Martyn has competed in various motor bike classes over the years, including mini bikes, speedway bikes and enduro and gave it away.
"When Lara decided to get into side car cross, Martyn found it hard to be her mechanic and not be competing so started racing again and thoroughly enjoys it."
Both Lara and Martyn will be riding in the pre-1990 class and modern B grade class. Martyn will be riding in the pre-1985 event.
Damian Telke, from Nuriootpa will be riding pre-1990 and modern B grade. The Brooks brothers from Nuriootpa will be riding modern A grade.
The races will be held on the weekend of October 13 and 14 and will showcase many classes of racing from classics, juniors, pee-wees and modern sidecars with Australia's best riders and passengers.
