Now that the South Australian Tour Down Under has finished for this year, many people wish it could go on for as long as the Tour De France, as it seems to be over far too soon.
It was sad that some unsportsmanlike person/s tipped nails all over the road on the day Tony Abbott, the leader of the Federal Opposition, was riding his bicycle, but, on the whole, it was a good race.
One rider said his bicycle thermometer had a reading of 44.8 degrees centigrade which must have been really hard to race on that day.
