It’s all systems go at Hamra Homes Oval as the Central District start to ramp up preparations for yet another season as defending premier.

However, much of the activity this week is to prepare the stadium for Saturday’s NAB challenge game between Adelaide and Melbourne.

The Crows v Demons clash kicks off at 4pm on Saturday giving fans the chance to see their heroes up close.

As for the Bulldogs, the boys are looking sharp on the track after their first internal trial last week.

There is always a long injury list at this time of year as veteran players are nursed through the pre-season.

So plenty of young players should get a taste of action in the reserves in Friday night’s trial against the Eagles at Hamra Homes Oval.

Central fans should head along for a glimpse of the future with the reserves starting at 5.30pm before the League game at 8pm.
