The excellent crowd of just over 8000 were spellbound as Farnham demonstrated, yet again, he is ‘the voice’ of the Australian entertainment industry.

Anne Wiberg, Touring and Operations manager for event organiser Adrian Bohm Presents described the concert as a huge success.

“The crowd were enthusiastic, loyal fans who thoroughly enjoyed hearing John again,” Ms Wiberg said.

“He sangs many of his favourites including Age of Reason, Freedom, Help and You’re the Voice.

“John received a standing ovation.”

The Barossa was only one of two outdoor events in Farnham’s Live By Demand tour which is now drawing to close in Melbourne after trips to all Australian states.

Ms Wiberg said the event was excellent for the Barossa economy.

“Apart from bringing thousands of tourists to the Barossa for a few days we also hire local people to work at the event.”
