Nuriootpa’s iconic Kaiser Stuhl building is about to get a new tenant.
Renovations are almost complete on sections of the office space - in preparation for the arrival of a third business.
Career Boss, which runs a Barossa ‘business centre’, had been exploring opportunities to move and the Kaiser Stuhl renovation and fit-out has been tailored to meet its needs.
John Keep, Career Boss director, was impressed by Beckwith Park.
“The lack of purpose built office accommodation in the region has presented a real challenge for small businesses in the past, particularly professional services,” said Mr Keep.
The Career Boss director said Barossa office space is often restricted to converted houses or retail shopfronts - but neither is totally satisfactory.
Mr Keep believes the concept of Beckwith Park being the business hub of the Barossa will become a reality because of the planning, commitment and investment that is being made to redevelop the site.
“The size and style of the office suites are superior to anything else available in the Barossa, and the ambiance and presence of the building cannot be understated, it really is a well recognised Barossa landmark,” he says.
Career Boss staff are proud to be associated with the Beckwith name.
“We admire and respect Ray Beckwith as an icon of the wine industry and as a true gentleman of integrity.”
The refurbishment and addition of a new tenant at Beckwith Park is another step in the development of the site as regional South Australia’s largest and most innovative industry and business parks.
The 16-hectare Beckwith Park site - which also includes dry goods storage, climate controlled warehousing and underground cellaring - has been under redevelopment since its acquisition in 2008.
Jeremy Blanks, Beckwith Park chief executive, said there is now a lot of interest in the office space in the Kaiser Stuhl building.
